Yet another tiring day. I slept at three am this morning, no thanks to the Geography punishment. It was to copy out a whole chapter from the textbook. No sweat? Well, think again. My right hand was throbbing with pain after I finished the last word. Lesson learnt: To complete all Geography assignments and hand it up on time.

I had my hopes up that my brother would be oh so kind to stay with me until I finished copying but no, he went up stairs to bed and left me suffocating in silence. My only source of light was the light above my head. The rest of the house had an eerie silence so I decided to listen to 98.7 on my phone. At least it distracts my mind, preventing it from wondering off to who knows where. Lala land was calling me to sleep and I started nodding without knowing it myself. Thankfully, the fridge still had a couple of chocolate cubes and sweets. The last sweet manage to last until I finished my work, thank God! Praise the Lord!

With that, I glance at the clock on my phone, trying not to look at the the large black crack that was at the top right hand corner. It was spreading, as if bleeding from a wound. If I had to stare at it any longer I would cry. Packed my bag and went to bed. Amazingly, I woke up at 5.45am. Looking back at my past experiences, I thought that I would have over slept. Once again, praise the Lord! However, when my parents spoke to me in the morning regarding breakfast, I think my tone was a little too rude. My apologies.

Headed to school with my breakfast in hand and reluctantly stuffed it down. I had to, or I would starve before it even reached 10. It turned out that I was already starving half way through SS. Everyone was dead tired today. Joey did not turn up, so either she is sick or she really over slept. PoA lesson was by far, the most boring lesson for today. Whatever went in went out the other side. I could not concentrate. Mentally tired, obviously. I started nodding after 10minutes or so.

After the bell rang, my friends and I went down for lunch and worked on some things for the Global Village project and rushed over to Ben's place for Math tuition. Honestly, I was looking forward to going for tuition, After missing a number of lessons, it felt sort of awkard.

Dragged myself home with a growling stomach and ate dinner the moment I got home. Showered in warm water at nine and here I am. Now what's top on my priority list is the sketch of Jaejoong that I'm about to do as soon as I hit the 'PUBLISH POST' button.

I guess that's about it for today. The photos won't be up until later when I actually have some free time. Cheers, have goodnight.

Woke up reluctantly when my phone alarm rang. It was time for tuition, again. It's not that I loath tuition, it's just that I've been having so many late nights. I need my sleep, seriously. At this rate, I'll be a walking Zombie in the morning and a hungry Vampire at night. HAHAHA.

Gimme my daily dose of blood and I'll be happy. Heh. Just joking, although it would be super awesomely cool to be a Vampire. Too much Twilight, that's for sure. :D

Okay wait, now I know how Bella feels when Edward dazzeled her-although I'm not hyperventilating- poor Bella. Eek. Ah, give me some time to unscramble my thoughts. Hmm, we spent some time finishing the homework he gave us the previous lesson, which I rushed through and tried to pay attention while he went on about Complex roots. Indices was up next, the topic that I struggled so much with last time was now a breeze. There may be tonnes of laws but heck, we covered only a few today. Piece of cake.

The homework he gave us weren't that bad, I guess...

Lesson ended and guess what? Stupid me forgot to top up my ez-link card, so I was forced to walk home. By then I was quite far from Ben's place-near the overhead bridge-, so I gave up walking back. Instead, I back tracked a little and crossed to the other side of the road, made a sharp right turn and headed straight. I estimated the time to get home, taking no more than half an hour. Or 20 minutes.

Walking home from Boonk Keng wasn't that bad, however, I regretted not learning the shortcut my Mother told me about. Sure, it was quite dangerous-according to my overprotective Mother- but I would rather take a risk than walk who knows how far back home.

I got home around 12 plus, and headed straight for the computer room after placing my-previously my sister's- bag on the chair to the usual. You could call that procrastinating. I know, it got worst when the Holidays started, and I can't stand myself. I hate that part of me. Just hate-hate is a strong word, that I know- it.

Used the computer until it was about three, and my Mother came out of her room, yelling at me to take my lunch now and she threatened me by saying that she would forbid me to play the computer forever. OUCH.

After lunch, I was being a good girl and stayed away from the computer. I was weirdly atrracted to the book Twilight and I couldn't resist it anymore. I picked the book up and walked into my so-called sanctuary, the computer room. I read till it was time to shower, then dinner time and now, I'm back here.

Oh well, what the heck am I doing here then? Must fly. Looks like late nights and me are stuck together like super glue.

Bah. I'm really not in the mood to blog now. D: I mean, I totally screwed up that music deco thing for Brother's night. It is the worst I've ever done. Other than that it was alright. I skipped my dinner while trying to do the music deco thing properly. Dang, I'm going to gain weight. D:

HEY GIRLS! YALL DID AN AWESOME JOB! :D Really. Thank you for all the hard work put in. Special thanks to the committee, Bonnie, Suzanne Chiu, my mother and Jolene. :D And of course all the girls who helped out. Brother's Night was a success :D Now it's time for sister's night. I wonder what will they be doing???

Well, yeah. Heee. I was crying a lot yesterday. Not because of the EOY exams and stress, but beacuase I was watching some Korean show. XD It was really touching. The last episode is on this coming Monday, channel U, 10pm! Zhang Zhe Xiu and Zhao Anna. How sweet! :D

Hmm. Have been under lots of stress lately. Counting down seems to work as it motivates me to stuf. I've drawn up my study timetable and will follow it strictly. Will be doing SS from today to the 27th of August. I really got to buck up. I think I sort of burnt out a little.

Damn, looks like Charlottle will be getting first position again. NO NO NO. I WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN. IT'S JUST SO UNFAIR. Got to work hard. pfft. I'm dead tired for some reason. Must fly. Waking up 8am, leaving at 9 for church.

My study date with Abby was successful! Just a few things to note when you're studying with a friend at a not so quiet, not so noisy place. (e.g. Macs, Changi Airport)



ONE!
Remember to get there early! Get the best spot in the whole place as you're going to sit there for the whole day(or so). I suggest you go for the rectangular tables. They're easier to work with. If you're planning to study at Macs, Airport, it's best if you take the back tables.



TWO!!
Do not bring subjects that needs a ton of memory work(e.g. Biology). Unless you can memorise in a place with that much noise, go ahead. Subjects like Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Social Studies(maybe) would be the best.



THREE!!!
BRING YOUR CALCULATOR! No matter what subjects you plan on revising, just bring it. Yes, yes! Abby forgot to bring hers and we had to share. Plus, I was revising Trigo(TOA, CAH, SOH, Sine rule, Cosine Rule) and without a calculator, it can never be done.

FOUR!!!!
When studying at a fastfood outlet, remember to order something healthy! Nothing with mayo in it, cause mayo is 99.9% fat(no matter how tasty it is, it's just oh-so-unhealthy). If you're getting a milo, get the HOT one and two packets of sugar. :D

FIVE!!!!!
Bring a smaller pencil case! Mine was too big and it took up so much space in my bag. D: HEAVY HEAVY!

SIX!!!!!!
Bring your notes! I tried studying for Biology, only to find that I left my Biology file with all my notes in it at home. D: As for Chemistry, always bring your periodic table. For Mathematics(NA, TT students who take express Mathethematics) bring the tys, or redo the worksheets that your teacher gave. We're not taught how to draw diagrams for trigo.

SEVEN!!!!!!!
BRING YOUR JACKET! It's EXTREMELY COLD IN THE AIRPORT! :D

ANYHOO. I had chem tuition in the morning, then I met with Abby for a quick lunch( I wasted so much rice. It looks like as if I was going on some carbo diet, which I'm not ) and rushed off to Changi Airport.

We decided to mug at Macs. Argh, those annoying round tables. We had to study on those until about 4 plus where some group of inconsiderate boys that were hogging the rectangular tables left. Abby and I immediately packed our books and moved! :D

I did math(trigo and quadratic equations), tried some Biology(chapter two) and did some Chemistry questions on Mole concept. We mugged for 4 hours. Abby had some bladder problem! XD She kept going to the toilet! ^^'

Then we left at 5.30 to explore this wonderful place known as Changi Airport! We took the sky train lfour times and we sat on the same seats four times. XD We took some spastic photos and all. AND WE WENT TO CANDY EMPIRE!!!! :D

Abby was practically stuffing me with chocolates~ D: I feel fat. We walked around more till 6.30 and search frantically for the train and busses. Abby was beig such a dear! She took the sky train back to T3 with me just to bring me to the train station and took the sky train back to T2 to search for her bus! :D

I stupidly missed the train. I had no idea that the train from both platforms goes back to tanah merah interchange. I was just staring at the board that showed the line, and after looking at it for the third time, I then noticed the words in bold that said, " TRAINS FROM BOTH PLATFORMS LEAD TO TANAH MERAH INTERCHANGE" or something like that.

I waited for another 3 mins and boraded the super crowded bus which got even more packed as ot reached the stations after that. there was this guy who kept 'pushing me, forcing me to move backwards. As if I wasn't there. I mean, hello? Inconsiderate much? You may be chatting with your girl/ friend but I'm still here. I take up space too you know. I was practically about to fall on this European guy if it wasn't for my awesome balancing skills.

Hmm. the thing that made me happy was that I was as tall as that idiotic guy. XD
Then I switched at City Hall and got off at TP, where I took 139 home, and ate a really healthy dinner. :D

awesome-ness! Today was the day! Rang ai zou dong! :D
We started off with warm ups, in which Gabriel(Tian Li) was trying translate it into chinese. *laughs* Some yellow guy trying to lead a bunch of yellow people. XD

We had to change into the rang ai zou dong shirt(yellow in colour). Which means, the sec three's plan for going red was a failure!! D: We wanted to wear the CAC CONNECT! camp shirt, and we did. But we had to change out of it. D:

I ran/jog/walk with Jill and Yun Ling. Bah, I feel so disappointed in myself. I can't even jog continously for 1.2km which is equivalent to six rounds on the school track. I need to get back to my morning runs and my daily sit ups/push ups/stretches or I'll feel fat. D:

After that, Jill and I went to one of the stone wall that was used to protect that particular headland from further erosion by wave refraction. :D It's not unsightly at all. It just looks random. Jill and I chatted and eat our lunch. Time does fly when you're having fun!

She taught me how to play cards, the basics and all. ^^' shhhhh!
Xue Zhen had trouble finding us. i told her we were on the headlands, and she was like, what is a headland? She a pure Geog student yo! muahahaha~
We then realized that it was time to go home. The event ended at 1pm. The bus was fetching those who want to go back to tp back to tp. XD

heee~ Jill and I went roller blading instead! Well, she didn't, as she was teaching me. I just look like some idiot yo. Towering over her, losing my balance. ^^' Plus, I fell FIVE times. It hurts, but I just laughed it off. Its better to feel pain and laugh it off, than to have that neutral kind of expression and keep the pain inside or cry like some kid, complaining that it hurts.

After 3 hours or so, I managed to learn how to glide! Though I still need practice. >,<
Things to note:
-Keep your back straight at all times
-Relax
-Don't lean forward or backwards
-Trust your teacher :D

The last fall was the most painful one as we had to rush back to the shop. Since I can't glide properly yet, Jill offered to push me. She pushed so fast that I lost my balance and fell on the road. I fell backwards and sort of slide on the ground. I got a bruise on my knee, and a few scratches here and there.

The roller blade that I was wearing was an old one. Not only that, the material sucks. My skin tore and I saw my flesh. D: MAJOR PAIN YO. It hurts when I touch it or when it gets wet. D:

pfft. now I can't even clench my right hand into a fist properly. Well, NO PAIN, NO GAIN. :D

This computer sucks out loud. I mean, I can't even embed a video properly here. I wanted to resize the Jaejoong video but I couldn't cause of this damn computer. D:

Anyhoo, TODAY'S ND CELEBRATION WAS AWESOME :D
I came to school, with a sorta 'new' look. I let down my fringe and tied a low side pony tail, and most of my friends had to STOP AND STARE before they realized that it was actually me. I guess they were too used to looking at the toot-ish Melina, that they forgot that even I had my 'wild' side too :D

The attendance was around 16. 16 out of the 24 people came :D Yay for us yo. XD Wait, i just notice that 1/3 of the class poned school today. I know, I'm slow.

I felt super bimbo today yo. D: Shannen and I were talking about changing my blogskin last night. Me being easy influenced, I was a little bimbo-ish. I could not resist clicking at the nice thumbnails of the skin with the colour pink in it. XD

Then Shannen was like, "You are such a Bimbo."

Since Shannen was about to be blinded with an overdose of pink everytime she goes to my blog, I decided to change it. not only that, it was indeed a little too much pink in one whole page. Plus, the skin was getting a little too old anyway. I settled with with a skin that I saw the other time while blogskin hunting. XD The reason for not picking this skin the other time was because it had too much space at the sides. XD

Okay okay, back to NDC(National Day celebration). I headed down to find Val but she was no where to be found. After waiting for like FIVE LONG MINUTES, she came strolling pver with Chelsea and Sujee and etc. XD She was like, "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU HAVE LONG HAIR!" Yes I have long hair. I wanted you to help me french pleat it too, but I figured that I would stick to my low side pony tail :D

My bag was just so horrible looking. it was the nicest bag I could find. It needed to be able to fit my skinnies and red shirt in. :D Mass dance was AWESOME! Val being her bimbo self was like, "It's so hot!" and took her pinafore to cover up her legs. XD

We were all practically cooking in the HOT sun. The dances were fun to watch :D though Saji was being a little extra. LOL. She was standing rather close to the 'dancers', taking photos of them ^^'

It was finally our turn!!! Yeah baby, YEAH! XD We used our mouths to scream and shout more than we used our limbs to dance. Our mouths were open throughout the whole dance yo. Screaming like never before. XD It's fun!!! We were given this purple strip of cloth to tie around our foreheads. There was suppose to be face paint too, but I guess they just didn't bring it.XD Yes, I'm still wearing that purple strip of cloth, except its now a hair tie :D An adorable purple bow to match the adorable little me. LOL. XD

I screwed up part of it though, as I got mixed up or just a little slow. D:
PLUS I WAS STANDING IN THE THIRD ROW FROM THE FRONT. D: Hmm, at least that was over. After doing our dance, we watched the sec ones with their oh-so-awesome dance moves yo. Su was so adorable :D SERIOUSLY XDDD theirs was like a a song used for some cheer competition. Seriously. they mixed and matched the songs! XD lucky for them. The sec threes only got one song to dance to, which I'm gonna put it up here for yall to listen :D

Changed into my skinnies and red shirt and ate recess with Sarah(kawaii imotou san) and Hilary. Then we headed up for the ND concert :D the gyn and dance girls were totally awesome. I had no clue that Sam Pang and Jia Hui could dance. Okay fine, I knew Jia Hui could, since I saw her doing some stuff with the other dance girls. XD

It was just so annoying that they didn't get into the top four. D: HOW COULD YOU GUYS NOT VOTE FOR THEM, THE KICK? THEIR DANCE WAS JUST AWESOME. ADMIT IT, IT WAS. :D

Then Mr Lim and Madam fatimah(sp?) Didi a duet of some sort, sinsing chan mali chan while Mr Lim played the guitar. XD we were like hoi-ing all the way. XD Three Five screamed/cheered the loudest after the whole duet thing as Mr Lim was our form teacher.

OH. I almost forgot. I wanted to update my blog yesterday but I was too depressed to do so. I had the other half of my Mathematics CA on congruency and similarity with and additional question on some finance thing. the last question was on the finance thing and it was eight arks. i think I lost most of the eight marks yo. I just found no reason to smile after the test. The whole paper was 22 marks. Which means, if eight marks were to be subtracted from it, I would only get a pathetic 14/22.

That paper just pulled my A1 grade to a B3 or B4 grade. D: Even topping Bio(which I did, but I made some careless mistakes) wasn't enough to make me smile.

Hmm, after the concert, I went down to the students lounge to prepare for the seniors farewell. Yes, I'm in the com, and I'm proud to be in it :D Its indeed and honour! :D everything started late as we had trouble gathering and marking attendance. I was incharge of looking after the food while Peishan led the other AA members to play two games :D

The pizza smelled heavenly. I was like hugging the six pizza boxes which were stacked up one after another. Holding it together was this pink raffia string, which I splitted the sides till it looks like part of a pom pom. XD

we ate, we had fun, and I was the photographer for the day! Everyone was like, stop taking photos! I really wonder how Saji/ Wenjin managed to take photos without us realizing it. I mean, the camera does take sometime to focus, and within that time the people should notice that there is someone attemping to take a photo of them secretly but failed. D:

I was in one of them yo. Retarded looking me. Well, at least I found another Jaejoong fan. IMELDA! or at least, that's how I spell her name XD She was like, "how did you learn to sing 'happy birthday' in korean?" Then I told her about the video with Jaejoong sining happy birthday XD We were jumping spstically on the spot like the fan girls we are. XD

Gave out the certs, roses and gifts, with me taking photos. Again. XD I only managed to take at least one nice photo of Jen. XD Sorrae, but unglam shots are funny to look at yo. I'll try my very best to take more pretty (and non-blurry) shots of your pretty self next time. During the camp. :D YES, WE ARE INVITING THEM BACK FOR THE CAMPS YO!

hmm. All CAs are over except Chem :D Yay, the most relaxing one of all. Happy me. XD Mugging with Abby at ____________. on Monday. I'l be using my sister's purple crumpler bag. :D Revising Bio and chem, with a tad bit of math. XD STUDY DATE YO! :D

OH CRAP, CHEM. I TOTALLY FORGOT TO ASK MRS CHOO FOR THE CHAPTERS THAT WILL BE TESTED FOR THE EOY EXAMS. BAAHH.

...okay. Then another study date with Val W. at ____________. XD I shall reveal to you the place when I'm done with the study date. XD Or else you guys will just ka jiao(sp) us when we're studying.

I'll be drawing up an EOY exams study timetable on the 15th of August, which mean I get to start on the 16th, giving me about 40+ days to prepare for end of years. :D Yay. :D Val is going to get a copy of my timetable so that she too can mug like me. XD

OH! Speaking of Val, does anyone know where to get a hoodie? A nice one. :D Both Val and I really WANT one yo, so please be a dear and keep a look out. Please and thank yous. :D

okay, since I'm in desperate need of time to revise for my SS CA tomorrow, I shall give a quick summary of my day :D

YEAH, SS CA TOMORROW. D:
Well, to day I had a wonderful morning run, six rounds as usual. Stretched and headed up to class to take the books need for the whole day, made sure that my handphone is kept safely in the locker, away from the teachers who are trying to confiscate it. :D

Once again, I had to run down to the parade square, with Jeo Teo chasing us down again. ^^' Today's prayer was well said :D Next was Bio. I couldn't find my notes on transportation in plants, so I panicked. Guess what? Val kept it in her file by mistake. LOL.
Then there was two periods of English lesson, followed by recess. I sneaked up to the classroom with a chawanmushi in hand. XD Haha, look what I'm risking for you Shannen, my almost perfect record. XD

POA was rather interestng today, though it was kind of fast. val kept saying that Mrs Tan was just too fast, and indeed she was. Cleris and I were like, lost. Mrs Tan saw our blank faces and finally slowed down. :D It was so warm. I seriously had trouble staying focused. I BLAME THE GENERATIONS BEFORE US. GLOBALWARMING.

Okay okay. Next was math. Mr Lim taught us a new chapter today! It was so easy that it was hard. LOL. Just kidding. It was so easy,though we had to try to remember how to use TOA CAH SOH. ^^'

The class was just in complete chaos(CHARLES!! XD)!
Everyone was like, "MELINA!" here and "MELINA!" there... while Mr Lim just sat at the his table and shook his leg. D:

Next was that dreadful Chinese CA that I was talking about in one of my previous entries. OHYA! XD Remember that Humanities quiz that I mentioned? There wasn't any representative from my class cause we were simply too busy for such little things. Projects, projects and MORE projects. What do you expect from us sec threes?

Oh well, that paper was just horrible. I can bet you that I'll fail, or I might pass with a C6, or B4(as if). I was the last one to complete the paper. ^^'

Before I start with the usual update and all...



Abby is such a good girl, that she started studying Geog since yesterday! :D YOU GO GIRL! we shall mug together yo!

I was awaken by my mom. She said that we had to leave early for two reasons. The first was that there was a weekly Prayer Meeting at 9am in the Clubhouse, level three. The second reason was that both my parents had to practice some stuff as they were back-up singers for that day.



Well, I went to church and I was totally overdressed. Since it was the sunday closest to my birthday, I just HAD to dress nicely, no matter how overdressed I was. The moment I stepped into the Clubhouse, Su was like O.O at me. ^^'



Then we had a one hour long prayer meeting. Almost immediately after the ending prayer, Su called both Hui Qi and I to go into the music room. She then gave us OUR EARLY BIRTHDAY PRESENTS! THANK YOU SO MUCH SU! Kenna then tried playing Happy Birthday on the piano but she couldn't figure out the chords. Thanks anyway na :)

Both Hui Qi and I gave Su a big hug, whiole saying our thank yous! :D We then headed out of the room, and Kendra exclaimed, " Why do you guys have presents? I want one too!"

She paused and realized that our birthday was next week. Hui Qi's Birthday is on the 31st of July, while mine is on the 29th of July. hee~



Then came worship, where May Lin came and sat next to me. I practically fell asleep in the first half of the service. well, i was dozing off. ^^' I blame myself for sleeping so late the previous night.

I chatted with her about random things, and somehow we moved from one topic to another, forming links to here and there :D Then I fell asleep again around the time where the people were being babptized/confirmed. Thankfully May shook me just in time to hear Xue Wei's name being called out, and she was finally baptized. :D

Next were the sec fours who were being confirmed. Ming Hui, Ling Hui, Hui En(Kendra), Jolene(yu xian?), Si Qi and Xin Pei. Ming Hui, Ling Hui, Kendra and Jolene are also known as MingLingHuiYU :D We clapped and cheered. :D

Next year, it would be our turn. as in, Na, Su, Hui Qi, and I. Not sure about Alicia and Xue Wei though. Since Xue wei just got baptized, and Alicia...well, I'm not sure about her. ^^'

Sfter service, Jasmine, my adorable little godsister came running over, and wished me Happy Birthday while passing me this huge present thing. :D I searched around for my godmum, and found her near the exit. I ran over, Yes ! yes! I RAN WITH HEELS. You know I rock. XD I gave her a big hug, and many thank yous. :D

Headed over to Huiqi and followed Su down for lunch as Hui Qi had to rush off to get her photo taken for her ic. We decided to eat in church. Bee hoon, a fishball and a sausage. :) We ate in the Clubhouse!!! XD Eventhough I told both Hui QI and Su that I will not open my presents until my birthday, but it was so temping...

I ended up opening all my presents after Su persuaded me to do so(she wanted to se my reaction! heee~). She bought me this super adorable light green wallet with white polka dots. The back had a pink heart outlined with a darker shade of pink. it had the word Fluff in it. The front was a adorable glammed up ladbug! :D It was designed in the USA. Awesomeness, no?

Next was my godmum's present. She gave me a Box of something and Su and I were trying to open it carefully. It was taped to the wrapping paper to make sure that I couldn't just pull the box out from the side(now that is called smart wrapping! :D).

Inside was another small box, which contained a small, glossy, black DnG wallet. :D and a red packet wich had 20 bucks in it! XD Last but not least, there was a set of clothing that I can't seem to describe it to you. ^^'

Oh, and MICHELLE, MY 'TWIN' CAME! She passed me this little note book that she bought from Daiso(a shop at Plaza Singapura which sells awesomely cheap stuff :D). She wrote in every single page! All those mushy sisterly love stuff. How sweet of her to do so!! :D Not only that, she MADE me this really nice handphone keychain.

I LOVE YOU MICHELLE! YOU KNOW I DO AND I ALWAYS WILL! TILL DEATH DO US APART! :D

Yay! :D

I then played with John WHEEEEEE~, Wei Xiang, Li Qi and dprita. We played with balloons. Not blowing them, but playing with them :D We were acting spastically throughout the whole time yo. XD

Balloons were flying around as if it was in a hurricane. :D Oh, and did I ever tell you that Li Qi is immune to all my annoyingly loud ringtones? I mean, EVEN WEI XIANG IS AFFECTED BY THEM. LIKE, OMGOSH. XD( Please excuse the Bimbo-ness. XD )

Then I slacked and read my book, took some random photos and went home only after finding out (to my dissapointment) that My family was going to celebrate MY BIRTHDAY on the ACTUAL DAY, AT GENKI SUSHI. I walked home IN MY HEELS Wearing my awesomeness tube top that was bought at bugis, my black skinnys and carrying this sliver/grey bag.

hee~ I slacked around the house, ate chocolates, and started to blog. :D i had a wonderful( but very fattening) dinner. KFC's variety meal thing. D:

Hmm, that's about it I guess. I had a really fun and enjoyable time receiving and opening the presents, and I thank God for bringing me through another great year, guiding me through this narrow and treacherous path that all the belivers of Christ chose.

It may be a tough, and you may think that the wide and totally fun filled path would be better, but it is the road to sin. At the end of that narrow pathway, we'll be rewarded. :D

I would aso like to thank God for providing me with such wonderful friends, encouraging and supporting me. :D You guys rock out loud yo. :D Just to name a few: Kenna, Xue Zen( aka small Suzanne, Xue Bass), Hui Qi, Ming Hui, Jacob, Leonard Chng, May Lin, Abby, Adrian, Edwin, Ice-kun, Shannen, Tiffany...

I finally went for CG :D
CG stands for Cell Group, but the leaders somehow renamed it, and now it's known as Care Group, where we care for each and everyone! Though it's still commonly known as Cell Group. ^^'

We kick start off CG with a mindsweeper game, followed by a laughing contest. The laughing contest was fun, though hui Qi and I couldn't resist laughing after hearing the others laughing. I was practically staring right through her, so if she were to try to do something funny to make me burst into laughter, she would fail miserably. HAHAH. XD

As for the mindsweeper game, it was something like normal mindsweeper. A pillow marked the starting point, and another pillow marked the end of our destination. The leaders had to read out two directions after each set steps. Kenna, being Kenna, was just super adorable. :D When we chose the wrong direction, she went, "BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM!". Just too adorable. XD

If we wanted a hint, the 'chess piece' would have to do two 360 degrees turns, which wasn't that hard. :D

Well, for the first game, there wasn't any particular reason to why they chose it, not that I can remember. As for the laughing contest, there was a reason, but I forgot what it was. Darn it, stm(SHORT TERM MEMORY)!

Then came the sharing. I could only remember the prayer requests, and how would we want CG to be. We all wanted a place where we could really take off any existing masks that we plaster on when we attend school. We're constantly being judged by our friends, and first impressions means a lot. We put on masks to help us to fit in or blend in better, no matter how fake it was.

We just wanted to come for this CG, relax and share with our brothers and sisters. About our life, our problems. What ever we shared, all those personal stuff, would be kept within the four walls. However, if we really want to tell someone about it, it would be for a good reason, like praying for that particular person. I mean, it wouldn't be nice to the other person if you just told another person that he/she has blah blah, and they start spreading it around, gossiping and all.

Those cold stares, people watching your every movement, giggling, laughing, snickering, pointing, mean jokes...
It's a horrible feeling. I've been through it, I know.

It was also a place for us to break down the walls of insecurity that was built over time, to open up slowly. Revealing more about ourselves everynow and then. Especially myself. I remembered when I just came in( I was only primary 6 ), I felt lonely, left out, an out cast.

During the CGs last year, it was very awkard for me to share so much about myself to people who I hardly knew anything. I only knew their name and age, and some other random stuff. Not only that, there was a like, format to it. Random, Sharing, talking about last weeks sermon and prayer requests with a prayer said by someone in our group to end off everything.

I'm not saying that last years CG thing wasn't GREAT, although it could have been better. The random games were fun. Especially when Jacob was around, since he was our CG leader. He would always bring us to the nearby rooftop garden( Which by the way, brings back many camp memories ), and we would do our sharing there. He and his lame jokes. XD

Then he went for NS, and Cindy or Lawrence took over.

Okay, back to what I was saying. ^^'

Then came the prayer requests, which turned out to be another sharing + prayer requests thing. We all shared what we wanted the group to pray about, and the story behind it. we went in a random not so random way, a circle. XD When it was Hui Qi's turn to share, she actually cried. I shall not reveal what was the reason. the story behind it all.

Aftyer her sharing, she nudged me. -.- again, and AGAIN. XD Char was beside me and she was like, heh heh! Nudging~ Then Kenna said that she actually doesn't like nudges, the MSN one. It would irritate her like hell, to the point where she actually closes the conversation. ^^'

Well, yeah. It was my turn to share. I told them to pray for me to keep my temper under control. May Lin was like, you have a temper? XD Yeah, I do. Everyone does. XD

SINCE I'M FEELING OH SO CLAM, I shall share. :D
For the past few months I have been throwing my temper around, being angry with my mom. Over simple little things in which she couldn't get it. Over her usual nagging which I can finally say I'm used to it, and just practically anything. I mean, she just can't seem to get what I'm trying to say, then if i get pissed off trying to explain to her in a nicely, she gets pissed and says, " I dont' get it, I don't care".

She would then stomp up stairs, threatening to throw me down the stairs, kick me out of the house or whack me with a cane. Calling me names like stupid and blind. If you were on the receiving end, wouldn't you flare up? Talk back? Then while I was sharing, I remembered that the cause of this was infact, ME.

Of I hadn't done anything wrong, none of these would have happened. So I prayed and yeah. It seems to work :D

Next was a prayer on me to continue to be motivated to study. for the past erm, few months, sometime after june, I started procrastinating. I just felt that what I was doing wouldn't need that much time, and I just didn't felt like doing it. Only when it was near the deadline did I started working on it. Although I wasn't giving it my all, which kind of sucks, cause i dislike handing up work not up to my standards.

I was wondering why was I even bothering. Then it came to how my mom kept comapring me with my siblings. Mostly my sister. She kept asking why wasn't I like my sister, where she would lock herself in the room the moment she reaches home to revise and all, without being told to do so.

How smart she was, her time management skills, etc. It was just getting so annoying that I decided to prove to my mother that I'm just as good as her. I worked hard, and forgot to take car of myslef, ended up getting a scolding. I continued to work hard, but my mom was never impressed. When I got As for four out of seven subjects, she asked, why couldn't you get 5 As?

When I did well for some test, she would just shrug it off most of the times. She was the one who kept tearing down my motivation. Not even a single encouragement at all. Just, "Why couldn't you be more like your sister?(academically of course)" I felt this constant pressure on me to score well, despite me being super stressed out, sick and tired, I still had to work hard.

Then she would blame me for not taking care of myself, constantly having late nights, not drinking enough water and all.

It was all for two reasons and two reasons alone. The first was to make my mother proud, to prove to her that I can do it. Secondly was for my future. I plan to go to some JC with an optometris(sp) course, as I find that it is very interesting to work with sight :D


OH YAH! then there was one where we shared if it was hard to talk to people face to face.
I found it rather easy to talk to people face to face. The only problem was, I can't seem to find an interesting topic to talk about, so All my topics are really random. It was just a grab and throw into the coversation kind of thing. XD

If I get to know you better, I would start to open up, and the image of me being quiet would be gone. ^^'

Hmm, yeah. Then we went for dinner, as I didn't want to eat alone at home. That's about it. :) gotta sleep. Celebrating my birthday tomorrow with my family. :D

Although my birthday is on the 29th, I can bet with you that part of my family wouldn't be free on tuesday. So, yeah. :D Gonna be 15 in about three days. XD ( Lao le, lao le... >,< ) Cheers! Hmm, theme colours: shades of blue, pink/red, shades of purple. :D

Today was GREAT! :D I had a interesting, not so interesting Chem lesson, completing the set of notes Mrs Choo gave the class. Val and I were like, "WHAT!?! THERE'S MORE??" We ran out of space on our foolscap paper, so we were damn annoyed.

So we decided to redo the notes. Then there was PE, where we practiced some stuff related to rugby, did stretches and some warm up stuff. ^^' Next was recess. Yes, the wonderful recess! The sad thing was, that the people who were selling the ji bears weren't there. D: So i brought my $25 to school for nothing. D: Oh, and not only that, I forgot to bring extra money for recess, so I was about to live my whole day on four apples.

Since the people selling the bears weren't here, I decided to use part of the $25 that I brought. Bleah, now i have to search for a nicer soft toy for shannen. I was starving toward the end of the day despite me having eaten rice, meat and veg for recess and the same thing for lunch. Then next was Emath, my fav :D We're currently learning congruency and similarity. YESH,I KNOW THIS IS A SEC TWO TOPIC.

I'm in NA stream, happy now? XD Hmm, went through a few questions, and slacked through chinese. Okay fine, I wasn't slacking throughout the whole lesson. I had to finish the task that was given to us before i could slack. Though i ran out of time. OHYA! :D Did i ever tell you that ALL except one of the relief teachers for Chinese suck? I mean, like pfft. One of them walked out of the class right after saying, " You girls have no respect."

The other teachers just walked off. heh, noob. XD I guess that they didn't know that they would have to loosen up a little, instead of going by the book all the time. Seriously, if you can find a PREFECT class for me, as in attitude and studies, then kudos to you. It's hard to find one nowadays. (In my opinion.)

heh heh, then it was PoA and off to lunch. >.> then I had an AA meeting to attend to, regarding some er, stuff. XD Head back home, and started to do my homework :D

Praise the LORD! I'm back to my normal self again.
bleah. It was blatantly obvious that my class's vice chair was trying to not attend school.
Yeap. I finished the all the homework including that English vocab assesment book thing. I did like, one chapter or so. :) It was tough, but I ;earned a hell lot of words. :) That particular chapter was just long, with many words that I heard of, and even used, but i never really knew the exact meaning of. ^^' heh.

Oh, and you know what? I can't upload the pics on DA. It's like, so annoying. D: Something is wrong dude. DDD: they should have tested it more for bugs. *sobs* I'm getting irritated yo. Let me submit my pics or you'll just crash and burnt. muahahahaaaa~ XD

pfft. well, at least they improved on some stuff. No more stinkin' ckeckboxes! The layout is nice, heck everything is awesome. Everything but the submission thing. D:

Yeah, I really miss clubhouse a lot. All those wonderful memories, all Its left is a pile of bricks and stones. Not only that, since my computers hard disc was corrupted, the clubhouse photos were gone. Along with the rest of the photos. D:

Anyhoo, today was a 100% slack day. I shall continue later cause I seriously need to revive my Deviantart account. it has been dead since the end of the June holidays.

I did a few pages of the English assesment book! :D Finally, it has been sitting under the table, collecting dust for about a month. ^^' I learned quite a number of new words too :) haha, anyway, I really got to go now. I made a promise to myself that I'll stop making others worry about me. I shall sleep early from today onwards! :D

Today was quite alright. :D

Before I go any further, I would like to express my thanks to TIFFANY AND GYWNETH! :D They were the two people who kind of 'stood up' for me when Stephanie said something about the icon/symbol. Thank you both of you :D

Okay, as I was saying..
Today started off with Social Studies. I would usually fall asleep during SS no matter what I tried. Although, today was one of the most Interesting SS lessons I have had so far, other than the one on Healthcare and some others. Looks like taking notes not only helps me to learn, it also keeps me awake( Thanks Shannen! XD ).

The only thing is, I kinda have problems mixing and matching the colours that I used. Val Wong has PERFECT colour matching skills, and she loves the colour PINK. Well, my notes were pretty messy anyway, so I redid them not too long ago. Only to find out that my favourite black-blue(or is it the other way around?) pen ran out of ink, just like Shannen's. XDD -She found a very 'interesting' way to use it even though it was out of ink...-

Anyhoo, Chemistry couldn't be any more dissappointing. I was all hyped up on learning Mole Concept/calculation this year, only to find out that its only going to be taught next year. It may be a looooong and challenging chapter, but in my point of view, I think we're ready for it this year. We just have to remember some formulas, its not that bad, RIGHT?

Well, next was recess! Recess was pushed forward by one period(9.35am). For the first time, I felt super hungry. D: Yes, its only 9.35, but I'm hungry. I ate with Charlotte and gang :D They are AWESOME PEOPLE. HECK, ALL THREE FIVE-IANS ARE AWESOME PEOPLE YO! And you know it. XD

Yeap. then came the dreaded English lesson. Its not that I dislike the English lesson, but I dislike the teacher. She spoke in a soft( kind of..) voice that she was barely audible. Not only that, she sound like one of the characters in Monsters inc. You know, the one who keeps asking for paperwork? Plus, she needs botox. Her face is saggy. She doesn't even teach us ANYTHING.

Next was Emath, where I was eagerly waiting for Mr Lim to return the CA papers, only to find out that I hadn't done as well as I thought I would have. 25/30, 2 questions, a total of 5 marks, both careless mistakes. I got one of them wrong because my calculator was in the wrong mode, and the second one was because I ASSUMED that both sides of the triangle was the same.

Not only that, both questions were on the cosine rule. Dang it, those damn modes. Well, still I was 4th( CRAP, I JUST NOTICED THAT I'M NOT IN THE TOP 3 )position. NOW THAT JUST SUCKS, OUT LOUD. D:

Okay okay, on a happier note, the next lesson was English, and we were going through corrections. Which means, I get to doodle for a while. :D I'm currently working on a piece, tittled BFFs: Tiffany and Shannen. :D

Haha, well, it's not exactly a actual piece, its just a very awesome drawing. :D It's so going on DA. :DD Then erm, OH! IJ POLLING DAY!! ^^'

I was nominated to be a student councillor. ^^' heh, well...
